The Italian, Spanish and Portuguese partners of YEP Young Enterprise Program (Multi-sectorial partnership for capacity development to enhance entrepreneurship opportunities for vulnerable youth in Milan, Lisbon and Madrid) met in Lisbon from the 22nd to the 26th of May.
During the week, partners’ workers and trainers took part in the second short-term staff training, focusing on the exchange of experiences and information on, among others, the youth entrepreneurship training courses carried out in each of the three cities (Milan, Madrid an Lisbon), the criteria to evaluate the business idea of the young people, the incubation programme for the selected ideas, and the Intellectual Output to be produced in the project.
Also, partners learnt about new entrepreneurship information, training and support methodologies, carried out by the Nova University of Lisbon and CASES Antonio Sergio Cooperative for Social Economy. Finally, they had the opportunity to visit some organisations in Lisbon that operate in the area of entrepreneurship and support to migrants, such as the CNAI National Centre for Migrants Support, Village Underground and Fab Lab.
On the 25th and 26th of May, partners’ project coordinators met in the second transnational project meeting, to discuss the advancement of the activities and plan the next actions within the project.
