Work inclusion

Promote employability, prevent exclusion and ensure equal access of people to the labor market, including entrepreneurship as a form of self-employment, in particular by supporting the integration into employment of the most disadvantaged people and groups (migrants , young women). Increase and improve investment in human capital, through lifelong learning, guidance, motivation support and tailor-made, personalized and flexible services, capable of responding to people’s talents, diversity, needs and aspirations.
